QiamiPrep ("we", "this site") respects your privacy. This page explains what data the site handles and what your choices are.

What we collect

• No accounts, no signup. You do not need to provide personal information to use any practice test on this site, and we do not store your answers.
• Server logs / analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our analytics provider process standard technical data — IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited — for security and aggregate measurement.
• Contact email. If you email us, we receive your email address and use it only to reply. We do not add you to any list.

Cookies and advertising

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies for behavioural advertising at aboutads.info/choices (US) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU).
• Google's requirements for third-party ad vendors are described at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Our advertising partners are required to honour that policy.
• If you are in a region that requires consent before non-essential cookies (including the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), we will show a consent notice before setting advertising or analytics cookies, and you can decline without losing access to any practice test.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over personal data we hold about you:

• Access, correction and deletion (GDPR Arts. 15–17; CCPA/CPRA §§ 1798.105, 1798.110, 1798.115, 1798.130).
• Restriction and objection to processing, and data portability (GDPR Arts. 18, 20, 21).
• Do not sell or share my personal information (CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not knowingly sell or share information of consumers under 16.

Because the site collects almost no personal information, exercising these rights usually means asking us to delete a contact email from our mailbox. Email us and we will handle it.

Data retention

We do not operate a user database. Hosting-level security and traffic logs are retained by our provider under its own retention policy. Emails you send us are retained only as long as needed to reply and to track any errata report you file.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adult teacher-certification candidates and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and advertising on the site is configured accordingly.

We may update this policy as the site evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision.
